WE’RE HIRING: CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

We are now hiring a Client Services Director to oversee client care services and supervise support staff and volunteers. The CSD ensures compassionate, whole-person care by coordinating emotional, spiritual, and practical support for clients, including program facilitation, community referrals, and material aid. Reporting to the Executive Director, the CSD provides direct client care, manages follow-ups, maintains accurate records, and supports staff through training and regular debriefing.

Qualifications include a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, or substantial experience in a related field such as social work, counselling, occupational therapy, or nursing. We're also seeking volunteers (Wednesdays or Thursdays, full or half days). Volunteers should be comfortable with computers and client interaction.
