At the Pregnancy and Family Care Centre, we offer support, resources, and guidance for individuals facing an unplanned pregnancy. Our caring staff and volunteers provide peer counseling and connect you with local organizations to help you move forward. You don’t have to do this alone.

Alaina Couperus
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A wife and mother of four, with over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Alaina is dedicated to empowering, supporting and educating women and families throughout their journey or parenthood. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and playing soccer.

Rebecca Tsitiridis
CLIENT CARE & ADMINISTRATION
Rebecca is a mom of 3 and in her last few years of homeschooling. She loves to listen to and help clients in any way she can, and working at the Centre is the highlight of her week. She is annoyingly even-tempered and cannot handle sitting still.

Anita Fox
CLIENT CARE & FUNDRAISING
A mom to 3 boys, Anita likes organization and lists, which is ideal for planning fundraisers! She enjoys teaching classes at the Centre and supporting clients on their journeys. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends.

Julia Van Huizen
CLIENT CARE & MARKETING/PROMOTIONS
A self-proclaimed “introverted extrovert,” Julia loves good coffee, good conversation, and authenticity. When she is not at the Centre, Julia works as a Certified Life Coach and as a mom to two teenage boys, plus a rambunctious dog and cat! Julia’s highlight at the Centre is teaching the Wellness Woman class, where she gets to dive deep with clients and hear their hearts.
