Subsidies: The Children’s Foundation provides eligible families with free cribs, mattresses, baby gates, or car seats to help keep little ones safe. They also offer financial support for children and youth to access sports, camps, therapy, and life skills programs. Families can apply for help with registration fees for a wide range of activities that promote growth, independence, and well-being. For registration for baby equipment, enquire within.

Abigail’s Learning Centre: A licensed child care centre in Belleville offering infant and toddler spots, with priority given to families using their other services. Subsidized through Hastings County; availability often opens up in late spring and summer.

Child-Care Fee Subsidy – Hastings County
Helps families cover the cost of licensed child care based on income. Supports parents who are working, in school, or training. Before and after school care programs also available in Trenton and Frankford.
